Gabe Valentin, President of Northwest Contract Services. Before taking on the role of President, Gabe was the company’s Director of Client Services where, as an individual contributor, he focused on meeting the needs of NWCS clients and provided guidance to our employees. He has over 25 years of Engineering experience in Telecom, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Consumer Electronics. He was a Program Manager at Microsoft prior to joining NWCS and he knows well how to scope a project and ensure sufficient talent to accomplish goals. He is a BSEE/MEE graduate from Cornell University, holds an MBA from RPI and is a certified PMP professional.
Aga Zillen, Business Development & Recruiting Manager, has a proven track record of building, maintaining, and deploying successful teams to High Tech and Start-Up companies. She has a tenacious ability to build excellent partnerships with business leaders, delivering programs and services to exceed their requirements with tangible, consistent results, finding solutions in the tightest possible constraints. A dynamic sales and management leader, known for her passion, she takes pride in the long standing relationships that she has built, and the trust earned from clients.
Tasha Church, Accounting & HR Manager, not only coordinates on-boarding of new employees and manages our benefit providers, but also ensures that NWCS is in compliance with all regulatory employment and finance rules. Tasha oversees general administration of our corporate office.
